The portal appears out of nowhere. It’s a giant, opposing mass that, even though it obviously doesn't belong, seems to draw you in as though it’s meant just for you. You have two options; you can walk into it of your own violation, or be forcibly dragged into the unknown. Either way, you end up speeding through an endless void.

“It works!”

You hear the voice from somewhere in the distance and you lurch towards it, tumbling out into a brightly colored, unfamiliar room. The trip leaves you feeling woozy, making the world seem like a kaleidoscopic blur. Someone approaches, offering a hand to help you to your feet before moving on to someone near you. When your vision finally clears, you see Peppermint Butler stepping away from the last traveler, moving to Princess Bubblegum’s side as she smiles and waves to the small gathering of new-comers.

“Welcome, travelers! Good, you all seem to have arrived in one piece, so please do not be alarmed by the sudden change in scenery. I can assure you that everything is going as planned. Now, I’m sure you all must be very confused, so let the questions commence! ”

[Dipper's only been talking to Henry for less than a minute, and already he's been shocked more than once. He's aware that the rest of the people dragged to this world from other worlds are from places vastly different than the Earth he knows....but wherever Henry is from must be even more out in left field.

Absently stuffing his hands into his pocket, Dipper glances around thoughtfully before dropping his gaze back to Henry's.]

...Mind if I ask exactly where you're from?

I'm not from the Enchanted Forest if that's what you're asking. I'm actually from Storybrooke, Maine.

[There's a pause on Henry's end, deciding probably it's better to give more.]

But, that Princess took me from another world I was taken to.

[Oh, ok. That...makes a little more sense, at least.]

Yeah, same here. I'm from Gravity Falls, Oregon. ...Well, currently anyway. I'm spending my summer vacation there with my Great Uncle and sister...or I WAS until we both got dragged to this world.

[Another world?]

So...you're saying you were in a place other than Storybrooke when you got taken here?

[Henry knows his States, and that sure does sound like one. It's right under Washington if he recalls.]

I didn't think I'd meet anyone else that lived in the States.

[Henry does agree with the whole world dragging thing though.]

Yeah, I was. I was kind of trapped there.

Mind if I ask where you were before?

[Dipper doesn't exactly mean to be nosy- he just wants to know, considering he didn't know being dragged through more than one dimension was a thing that might happen. Now he's wondering if he and Mabel might accidentally get dropped into another world, instead of back home.]

In a place called Luceti. Have you been there?

[Not that this guy probably had been to Luceti. But, never hurt to ask, right?]

Nah, I don't think I've even ever heard of there. ..Where is it?

Not on Earth that's for sure. It's in some other world with a lot of magic in it.

[And we all know magic is never good.]

[Yep, neeever good.]

Huh....I'm going to guess you had a lot of....experiences there?

[He asks with another gesture to Henry's weapons.]

Like you wouldn't believe, even if I told you.

['Cause who'd believe a kid who learned how to shoot a bow to keep himself safe in a war that he would get pulled into at some point.]

I dunno....I might believe it.

[The boy chuckles, slipping his hands into his pockets.]
